Hey Everyone! Happy New Year to you and your family, speaking of new year I will be doing a different type of blog post today. It's always been a tradition in my family to celebrate new year at Makati and join the street countdown but due to the recent weather conditions there were no street countdowns anywhere. But of course that will not hinder us to still have fun on New Year's Eve right?

When we got to Makati we went to a hotel we usually go to every year but sadly it was fully booked so we had to walk around to look for other hotels and it was a struggle to find one since all were fully booked. While walking we found a place which was perfect, the room we got had a balcony with a view of the city which means we can watch the Fireworks right in our room!

We rested for a bit then decided to walk around Ayala triangle and wait for the lights show, but then again due to the weather condition they had to postpone it. We then just headed of to our hotels and got ready for the New Year.
